I'm thinkin.. and I'm thinkin.. about MJ..

Its about 12:53 am early Wednesday morning. Today started off as a normal day. Went to work, got of work, came home, etc.. My phone chimed and my husband said "Does your phone ever rest?"..LOL and of course he knows.. it doesn't.

Anyway, the email I got was an alert from Carepages.com regarding MJ and his current stay at Primary Childrens. I opened up the link and gathered my 3 boys around and started to read.. Nofo tries to post when she gets a few minutes daily.. I honestly cannot fathom what they go through.. but I truly admire her faith, her support, her strength and her family and friends for standing by their side as they help MJ get better.

Nofo had asked me last week to put up her pictures with MJ from the Fundraising Luau they had a couple of weeks ago.. Sorry for the late post Nofz.. oh by the way, Texas Steakhouse is the bomb.. we'll do that again sometime.. when we have money haha.. Love and Blessings to The Tokelaus, Selu's , Primary Childrens, Orem 9th, and whoever else has helped Nofo and Jr with MJ. You are truly angels. Here are the pictures she requested:

Milestone - Fun Giveaway!!!

So.. last week.. I hit a milestone (well, to me it is lol).. I accumulated 300 fans on my Facebook fan page.. This week, there have been 1,000 hits and counting!! I would like to thank every single one of you for coming by and looking at my work and for following me on my crazy journey!! Many thanks to my family and my friends for always being there for me!

Bridals/Formals - Inez Jaeger & Natisha Jennings

I had complete opposites model for me today. Inez - beautiful, bubbly, and very willing to do some modeling for me today. Natisha - stubborn, grumpy, although beautiful, absolutely was NOT wanting to model for me today. Well, sucks for her.. because everytime I ask her.. her first response before I finish is "Nooooooo.." and then she ends up doing it.. it always ends with "The things I do for you aunty" lol.. Tisha and her mom went up to an Air Force Academy forum that they got invited to.. Her dream: to become an Air Force Fighter Pilot. I am so proud of her.. she is a closet nerd.. ok, maybe not lol.. but I am sad that she is grown up.. a senior at Mt. View this year! Where does the time go?? Geez, that just means her mama's getttin older, not me hahaha..

Miss Inez is somewhat unexplainable... its hard for me to describe her in words. I guess if I were to explain her in one word it would be: vivacious. Ok, it took me awhile to come up with that word.. A whole buncha other words came to mind first lol.. but we'll stick to that one haha.. I love Nez.. I guess we'll consider this a practice run until she actually gets engaged and gets married lol..

The Leifi Family

A little background on the Leifi family.. I've known them for quite some time now. I first met Levale back in 2001 when he came to my house to see my husband who he hadn't seen for awhile. He has helped us in so many ways that we cannot fathom. (Hey Vale, remember that day when you came to our apartment in Pleasant Grove hahaha.. good times right? lol) We are truly grateful for his friendship and his family and their generosity. His wife Amy is a truly talented and beautiful lady. They met at BYUH and I guess the rest is history. We've been planning on this shoot for over a month now.. and we were finally able to connect to get it done. Levale will be heading back home to American Samoa this Saturday to visit his family in Mapusaga Fou for three weeks. Thank you Levale, Amy, Maika and Ari! Here are some shots from our shoot:
